  A fantastic gym for CrossFit newbies like me. It all starts with Jeff, the owner, who deftly combines education, encouragement and empathy. He’s a terrific teacher, making sure you grasp the intent and intricacies of every workout. His coaches follow his lead and ensure you make progress with minimal risk of injury. And the fellow members are great. It’s a diverse group in terms of age, size, shape and fitness level. But everyone brings strong mutual support to every workout. I’ve never felt so welcome at a gym, and I’ve never had such great results.

  This is gym rocks!!!!!!!!
  I absolutely love working out at this gym!! I was new to CrossFit when I joined. I love that it’s a different workout everyday. Jeff and his team of coaches are knowledgeable, encouraging and supportive. Not only are the coaches all of those things but the people who work out here are also all of those things. Everyone is welcoming and create an environment for you to succeed.

  Been working out at Centripetal for a little over a year now. At the beginning I was in mid thirties fitness rut with knee pain and doing the same workouts by myself. Jeff and the coaches setup an encouraging fitness community that really emphasizes total body strength and my knee pain has all but gone away due to all the leg work (no skipping leg day at Centripetal). I highly recommend this gym!!!

  Great location, great gym, awesome coaches! If you are looking for a challenging and competitive workout, check this out! You will be pushed each workout, but always being watched by a coach to make sure you stay safe with proper form. Great for beginners or advanced athletes!
