  Selina was very helpful and knowledgeable transitioning us from an old phone to a newer model. She did a great job listening and working within our budget. To be honest I'm disappointed with the hard sell from your other corporate stores. It was very relaxing since both my wife and I are seniors and not very tech savvy. Great experience. Thanks

  I went into Verizon last night to replace my aging Note 5 and was helped by Logan. He helped me choose which phone would best fit my needs and did not push anything on me. I purchased a screen protector and case for my new phone and he offered to install it and did so perfectly! He was incredibly kind and personable, and ensured that my installation was complete before seeing me out. I have been to this location before and have experienced nothing but excellent customer service, and this time was no different.

  Logan was a great help. He helped me deal with corporate and explained every fee and charge that would be coming to my account. The clarity and depth with which he explained things showed a wealth of knowledge and care for the customer. Thanks Logan!

  Wonderful store! Everyone is so friendly and knowledgeable. It's a franchise store, not corporate so they are a lot friendlier and don't push you to buy stuff you don't want or need. Highly recommended.
