  I am not local (for coming here in the daily basis) so I drove 1 hour to get there. I am used to workout almost every single day, and I have to say this is an amazing experience, the coach is so helpful and even though the workout looks like "easy" it isn't! You will work every part of your body. The concept is awesome.

  Great gym! They offer multiple different workouts. The bungee flight class was a ton of fun and you don’t realize how hard you are actually working. This is the perfect place to go to work hard and enjoy yourself.

  I had struggled with establishing and maintaining a workout routine for a long time. Dynamite Fitness adds much needed variety to the exercise options on this side of town and is a fun, positive, and supportive atmosphere I’ve come to look forward to in my weekly routine!

  Dynamite Fitness offers a variety of innovative, challenging, and fun fitness classes. I love the bungee flight class- the fusion of dance and bungee work makes for a unique experience! Tiffany is an amazing instructor! It’s so fun that you don’t realize how much work you’re doing. It’s suitable for all fitness levels and is definitely the most fun workout available in WG!
