  Kristy and Robby in the leasing office were wonderful to work with!! Five stars for their customer service. They patiently answered every question and worked diligently with us, to help make our son's first time rental experience a good one. Their attention to detail and their follow through, were two key factors that helped make us feel secure in leasing at Windermere Cay.

  The staff is very attentive, of you have questions or issues you can reach out to them. They are tech savvy now which helps with maintenance or issues you have. Even emergency maintenance for late night. The manager Jennifer is extremely nice and Robby who always has a friendly smile whenever you need anything. He always goes out of his way to try and help out. They went the distance with me today and I highly recommend them. I will be renewing my lease again. Very happy resident.

  I lived in Windermere Cay for about 4 months and I never had any issues either in the apartment or with the office. Valet trash is always there on time, if there’s anything wrong in the apartment they answer on time and Robby in the office is really efficient and warm and if you need anything he’ll help you out. It’s right next to Magic Kingdom so it’s perfect for Cast Members.
