Suresh from the get go was friendly and diligent. The help he provided throughout the home finding/purchasing process made me feel like everything was going to be ok. He was dedicated to helping me in finding the best home for me and the entire process that comes after. Any time I had an issue or concern I would get an immediate response with what I needed to do or how he would make sure it was taken care of.

How can I express my appreciation to Suresh and his Nermala. They were there with me every step to make sure everything was done correctly. I wouldn't be able to buy my dream home with out them. If you are reading this and truly want your dream home....Do what i did and give them a call. You won't regret it????????

Suresh is great at what he does. He is very patient, informative, handles requests to view homes diligently and gave his input, suggestions and the highlights of the properties, when asked. He was always on the lookout for the type of home we were looking for and sent us daily home listings. As new buyers, Suresh and his team guided us throughout the process, what it would entail and looked for first-time buyer benefits. Even though we visited many homes, we decided to hold our decision to purchase at this time, in order to save more money for down payment. We greatly appreciate Suresh and his team for their time and dedication. Definitely, we will be using his services in the future.

My husband and I initially started our home searching with a pretty known realtor here in Avalon Park. This realtor said everything we wanted to hear. My husband and I are both self employed and our approval process was a bit complex. We felt this realtor didn't want to be bothered with our lengthy process and we never heard back from them.
