  Went for the first time today because my building unfortunately does not have laundry. Wasn't particularly happy about the price ($3 for wash, $1/20 min for drying) but I guess that comes with living in Boston. I appreciate that they make the environment accommodating for those that need to wait for their laundry - there are couches and places to sit with tables and some drinks/snacks.

  Great neighborhood laundromat. I live right around the corner and don't have a washer/drier in the unit or building, so this convenient location helps me a ton!
  
  They have a quarters machine for in-store use only and the one time it wasn't taking my money, the attendant got me quarters from the cash register.
  
  I've had no issues here and I handle my clothes on my own. My only wish/suggestion is that they would integrate a money card system rather than using quarters. It would allow me to load as much money on a card at once and not have to worry about bringing cash/quarters.
