  On behalf also of my wife Manuela, I would like to express my appreciation for the inspection of the heating system made by Sean, from Michael & Son Services, today as part of the protection program. Competence, kindness and full disclosure of what he did during the inspection were the main features of his performance. This was the first regular inspection in the framework of the protection program and we are fully satisfied.

  Plumbing work done by Luke was very satisfactory. I would highly recommend him! While I felt the prices were a little high, I was very happy with my new faucet and garbage disposal.

  Luke was the plumbing tech who visited us. He was very nice and personable yet professional. He let us explain our problem and asked us appropriate questions to be able to pinpoint and fix the problem.
  We would be more than happy to have him in our home again if a need arose.

  Our tech, Sean, arrived on time and greeted us professionally. He promptly began the process of diagnosing the issue...he made us aware of his findings and requested our permission to complete the job. I can’t imagine how he could have been better; the service was great from beginning to end!
