  This McDonalds consistently has awesome customer service. I never thought I would write a review for a fast food place but this place is unique. The employees are amazing

  We stopped here during a road trip. Our food was great. The only reason I'm not giving it 5 stars is because the entire inside was closed for remodeling so we couldn't go in to use the restrooms but other than that, everything was perfect! Everyone was nice and friendly and food was served hot and our order was right.

  I was here very late at night... The customer service was great! My food was hot and fresh..... I expected a long wait time but the young lady upgraded my fries because she felt I had to wait too long... It was less than 5 minutes. Very professional...

  This is the only McDonald's on Charlotte that I feel have fast service, never have I waited in line for an unreasonable amount of time! The only issue I have is when I remind them about the sauces just to get home to find NO sauce in the bag! Has happened to me a few times! Other than that it's great!

  This location is one of the better, most well-operated McDonald's in the area. I receive courteous service when I go there, even when it's super-busy @ lunch time. Thank you to the management & especially to the staff & keep up your good works. God bless each of you.
