  James Randall Smith represented me before the Texas Parole Board. I'm glad he did! He won my parole the first time i was eligible. He is an attorney that got me another shot at life. Without him i feel i would still be in prison, wasting away my life. I've been home almost 2 years thanks to him. The money spent on his fee is the best buy of my life. I could not be happier with any decision than the decision to retain him. He knows what he is doing. I will vouch for him anytime someone wants to hear it. Take it from me, I know. I was there. I do not beleive there is a better Parole attorney in Texas. He is easy to work with. You will be glad you did. Prison is no place to be. Thanks again Mr. Smith for your representation. One more thing to add...he will not take your case or money if he does not think he will win your loved ones release.

  Best money i ever spent MR SMITH got my brother out after only doing 10 years on a 18 year sentence aggravated . My brother made his 2nd parole when all the other parole attorneys said he would have to do at least 15 years. THANK YOU MR. SMITH

  I hired Mr. Smith to try and get my long time friend out on parole. He had served 9 years of a 40 year sentence. He had previously been denied 2 times. Mr Smith got him paroled on his first attempt! We are so happy and very pleased with his professionalism and his constant contact with us and letting us know what, where, when, etc...the previous attorneys were more "fill in the blank" attorneys.   We hired Mr.Smith to represent my brother in law on his parole hearing. My brother in law has served 6 years and previously been denied parole 2 times prior. He was sentenced to 40 years.
