  Great positive environment. I've grown so much in the time I've been here. I have nothing but appreciation for the teacher (sifu Manning) and the students for their support and guidance. There's something amazing here that can't quite be explained but that's how I know it's REAL Kung fu.

  Sifu manning is patient and very good with teaching kids. My 5 year old started when he was 4 and a half and I can see great improvements on his strength and balances. These classes definitely makes up for the lack of physical education our school has for our children nowadays. Most importantly, I'm thankful for the respects and disciplines Sifu Manning teaches my son. Highly recommended!

  Amazing classes. Always filled with high energy and great people. Sifu Manning is a Great Charismatic Instructor who always motivates you to keep pushing on! If you are looking for A Martial Arts school check this one out! Great place with classes Gushing with happiness and positivity. You definitely want to check out this School.

  Wonderful ! Both mentally and physically benfical for all ages. Not to mention a warm eviorment with a great teacher and empowering students !
