  Been taking my silkie hen, marie here for a while before her passing. We never really understood what she was sick with because her symptoms couldve been for a lot of different things. The people here were very very nice and genuinely look like they love animals. They helped me do the best i could for my best friend.

  Have been here multiple times with different animals; one was very sick and ended up having to be let go. With both animals, the vets and techs we saw were kind, empathetic, professional and dealt with us with great care. Pricing is reasonable for services, not what I first expected from such a large facility. Our wait times were also reasonable.
  
  One note; however, is that the last time we came in we sat in a room for over 30 minutes waiting. I knew that there was a dog with an urgent medical situation who came in the same time as we did for our appointment and it was after hours. We understood that with less staff and one vet at that time the focus would need to be on the very sick dog and that they would get to us when they could, but just as a matter of customer service I believe a tech could have peeked into the room just to confirm that our wait was because of this emergency and to apologize for the wait. No details needed just a "sorry, we had an emergency come in, we'll be with you as soon as we can" would have gone a very long way. Otherwise our experiences have always been excellent and we recommend this place for general vet services.

  We took are mccaw in to have his nails clipped and to have stiches put in from a cut on his face they did a great job had to wait for the bird handlers to get there but not to long will always go there with my birds.
