  Check in staff was awesome, friendly and helpful Check out staff was slow, took along time to check out. Neither suggested Rewards program. Breakfast was good. Room was comfortable.

  Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The staff was extremely pleasant. The room was very nice. The only two things that stood out as less than a "5" were the cleanliness of the pool. It was really dirty, we couldn't use it. Additionally, the condition of the leather accent chair in our room was bad. It was extremely worn and peeling off. We refused to sit on it.

  Beautiful, clean hotel. The staff was extremely friendly. The rooms were huge with very comfortable beds. The list lobby was pretty, but the rest of the hotel lacked decorations, very boring. The breakfast was typical, nothing special. The location was great! Close to freeways, shopping, and restaurants. I would definitely stay there again!

  The staff and accommodations were some of the most impressive in all my travelling experiences. I would go out of my way to stay at this hotel again. Tanisha, Jasmin and the entire staff gave genuine, personal attention to us. It made us feel appreciated as guests. Small touches such as the 5-7 p.m. wine, beer, soda and snacks provided in the lobby, and the fabulous breakfast spread made us feel spoiled!

  Hotel Staff is very nice. Fireplace in lobby area was not working. It would have been nice to have a fire going while we had a glass of wine. Rooms were clean. Hall carpeting could be replaced but I believe they were in the stages of replacing all carpet. Huge mall within walking distance and any restaurant you can imagine.
