(July 13, 2018, 9:42 pm)Without a doubt the best ice cream in Harper's Ferry. They have a variety of flavors, that rotate. The last time I came here I tried their peach ice cream. Loved it. Their servings are very generous. A single scoop is all I can handle, and would qualify as a double scoop at other places.
