Have been to this shop 4 times now and every time I have received excellent Service! I am so happy to find a reliable, Honest, and affordable shop in Sugarland! 10/10 would recommend!

The guy from there was super nice and patient when we had to get our insurance info faxed because I misplaced it. Even went the extra mile to make us fresh coffee then mix the creamer because I have no clue how to actually make coffee. Service was fast and prices were great. Absolutely no complaints. We will be back with our other vehicles.

Awesome shop. The owners are very friendly very hard working people who are actually involved in the operations. My oil change only took 10 minutes. Great hole in the wall auto shop

A/C in my wife’s car was not cooling and her car had other issues, the guys were really helpful in fixing it in almost no time, had it inspected and tires rotated and sure enough the A/C is colder now more than ever. Real nice treatment for the customer and i felt so comfortable there. Max, Zack and Audi are definitely the best, not to mention Jesus the mechanic there was so sweet. Sure i am going back for Florence Automotive for any issues my car or my wife’s might have.
