  A really fun place to workout! Everyone is very welcoming and friendly. They have a great team of coaches. The facility is a clean "garage type" gym. Everyone gets two free classes to try CrossFit. The membership prices are reasonable and the programming gets results.

  Great facility and amazing coaching - some of the best programming I've experienced. Clean, tons of equipment and smiles all around! Very accommodating schedule and reasonable membership. We love Mainland Crossfit!

  Fantastic Facility! The staff were incredibly friendly and clearly knew what they were talking about. Dustin was really friendly and the community here was positive.
