  This is the BEST nursing home my mom has ever received services from. The staff is very nice and professional. The Director of Nurses was so comforting. The Administrator is very nice and is always smiling. My mom loved her stay and really enjoyed the food. If my mom needed to go anywhere again for short term services, it would definitely be Villa Toscana. Thank you for truly caring!!

  My grandmother came to Villa initially to start rehab while undergoing radiation treatments for cancer. During her time in rehab all of the Physical and Occupational Therapists were amazing-upbeat and worked hard with all of their patients. There are always social activities for the residents to attend. The food service was great--residents are encouraged to eat in a beautiful cafeteria or can elect to eat in their rooms. The staff is great at getting the food orders in a timely manner.
  
  Unfortunately during her stay, my grandmother's cancer progressed rapidly and she had to start hospice care. Even though she was no longer doing therapy, the therapists would still stop by her room to say hello.
  
  Another review stated there were problems with waiting an extraordinary long time for the call light to be answered. This was not our experience at all-the time for the call light to be answered was comparable to any hospital setting I have ever experienced. My grandmother would always get her medications on time as scheduled. Also, the aides who helped change and bathe her were very sweet and caring and the room was always kept very clean. In fact the whole facility is clean and during our almost one month that stay, the staff became like family.
