  Excellent insurance agency. Saved me from having to pay insurance that was being pushed on me illegally by a credit union. Forbes went to work correcting the issue. Saved me from numerous calls. Forbes will always be taking care of my insurance needs. Professionals great pricing perfect attention to problem solving.

  Forbes insurance agency provides all our insurance great pricing. Always an Agent there to answer any questions. Reliable Professionals always follow up with you if any problems come up. I had an issue where a credit union tried to charge me for supplying insurance that I already had purchased from Forbes. The credit union kept insisting I had to pay for their insurance as it turned out months later they had to return my money because Forbes kept on them until the issue was corrected. I was so frustrated with the credit union after several attempts to correct the problem. I made a call to Forbes thanks for their support they took over the issue and fix the problem. Best insurance agency I’ve ever used. Looking forward to years of quality care from a perfect agency.

  A simple "junk mail" post card saved us THOUSANDS of dollars. For once I didn't throw away a solicitation post card and boy are we glad I didn't. As business owners and home owners we have 8 different insurance policies and William was able to get us all new policies with the same, if not better, coverage that we previously had and at a combined savings of over $6,000 between the 8 policies!!! That just touches upon the savings aspect. Then there's the customer service side of the Forbes Insurance Agency. They are friendly, knowledgeable and FAST! Emails are always answered in a timely manner and appropriate research done in order to provide a customer with correct answers. We've been telling ALL our family and friends about our FABULOUS experiences with Forbes since switching companies 1 1/2 years ago. Give them a call...you truly have nothing to lose and everything to gain!

  Very helpful, always friendly and questions are answered quickly. We just bought a new car (used, but new to us) in April. We picked up the car on a Wednesday night. As soon as we got home, I called to let you know about the car. The next day we had a call and an email confirming the change! Awesome!

  It makes all of the difference when a live person answers a phone and can obtain an answer rapidly. William has shown this to be his level of customer service multiple times. He has been responsive, thorough and has provided the best quotes I have seen for coverage. It is a win-win!
