  My daughter was a 4 events a meet high school track and field athlete. I brought her to Proforce after her sophomore year with the hopes of improving her strength and speed to compete in 4 events at a high level at every track meet. The trainers at Proforce were able to accomplish that and their training helped her secure a Division 1 scholarship at Central Michigan University.

  Our son and daughter are both in competitive sports and have been going to Proforce for 3 years. When they started the youth program they were mediocre athletes. After training a couple times a week consistently they have become two of the best athletes in both of their sports. (Travel Football & USTA Tennis). Cannot say enough good things about this program!

  I'm so glad I came across Proforce 4 years ago! I realized very quickly that Proforce would be around for the long haul. After 4 years I'm still here, I'm stronger and most importantly I'm pain free! Thanks to Chris and his staff for always providing quality workouts that create lasting results!   I am so happy I joined Proforce. I've worked out my entire life and I've been to many gyms but Proforce is the best by far. Not only am I able to work out at 5 am before work, I have seen a total transformation in my body. I'm much more toned, energized, and ready to go every day I work out at Proforce. The trainers are very professional and motivating. I've made some great friends there and my days are always better starting off at Proforce!
