Heckers' is an awesome family-owned gym. They have everything you need to get and stay fit. It's a friendly place where they know your name and will help you develop a workout plan to fit your needs. Plus, Heckers' is the home of Rick Huse's Art of Kettlebell class. Kettlebell class is on Tuesday & Thursday at 6 pm, and Sat. at 8 a.m. Rick is a certified Kettlebell Master and this class is the real thing. Come on down to Heckers'!

I have been going to Hecker Fitness to attend group workout classes for a few years as well as to work out on my own. Over that time I have made more progress in my personal fitness than anything I have attempted up to that point. I am in better physical shape today at age 57 than I have ever been thanks to the staff and facilities at The Hub. The instructors are excellent and the equipment is top notch. If you are anxious about getting started on the road to getting in better shape or just want a great place to workout, I would highly recommend you contact Matt at Hecker Fitness.
