  RJ has a great energy, and he's very professional. I love that the workout is tailored to me, and we get a lot of work done in my home, with kids around, and we don't need big gym machines. Highly recommend!

  Most important part of my week is training hard! RJ pushes me to the max and really helps me dig down for that experience and training I need. Very professional and very easy to work with.
  Started slow and was able to build together at my own comfort and pace. Very detailed about the basics.
