  I used this company for the first time today. They were very responsive and scheduled an appointment immediately (my heat was out and it was cold out!). Charles the technician was very friendly and helpful in explaining the problem and offering solutions. I would definitely recommend them.
  
  Update: Well my old unit ended up pretty much dying altogether; they were great about working with me to get a new one installed and gave me a credit for the work they had done, even though it wasn't related to the need for replacement. Pricing was very reasonable. They're all very friendly and helpful. Still recommend this company!

  They were efficient, timely, priced fairly and extremely courteous. Our air conditioner went out during the brutal summer that can be here in Charlotte and they helped pinpoint the cause and get it fixed pronto. It's wonderful to have Rudy Cools here in Charlotte for all of our heating and air needs. Makes me sleep better at night ... literally.

  I scheduled an appointment with Rudy Cools after receiving a strong recommendation from a trusted friend. First, I found the woman who I scheduled the appointment with to be very friendly, courteous, and helpful. Second, I found the cost to have our unit inspected very reasonable. Emil from Rudy Cools came over yesterday to inspect and service our HVAC. Third and finally, Emil was great, and I was very pleased with the inspection. He was very knowledgeable and showed me different areas in the unit where I could check for issues. He explained how the unit works and what problems to be on the look out for, since it is an older system. He explained many of the things he was doing, and I came away from the experience a more informed consumer. Also, he was very courteous and professional, and I could tell he had integrity. I would definitely recommend this company to a friend.

  I was so impressed with the service, helpfulness and knowledge over the phone and also with the technician that came out. I will definitely recommend them to everyone and use them in the future. I was changing locks out at our rental property for a new tenant that was moving in the next morning. When I arrived I noticed the home was hot and the A/C didn't work. At 2pm, I called and spoke to a knowledgeable and customer focused woman over the phone. They were very busy and at first she advised they might not be able to do the service as I was out of their service area. She noticed my concern and said seems like you're in a bind and we will help you out but we can't make it until the 8am next morning. I agreed. She called me a few minutes later stating her technician was done early and he can meet me at 3:30pm today! I was thrilled that they could squeeze me in being out of their service area and so late in the day. They actually cared. The tech came out, on time, and he diagnosed the problem within minutes. He said I can go home and he will close up and email me the receipt. They were very reasonably priced and only fixed what was needed and didn't try to overcharge me. He even said he will come back to service the unit prior to using the heat as he noticed some maintenance was needed. These are honest people and I'm so happy I Called Rudy Cools! Thank you to your whole team!
