If you want a kind, compassionate Primary Care Physician that is brilliant and will work in your best interest than Dr. Blazek is for you. She provides excellent care in a relaxed setting with a helpful, and friendly staff. There are not enough superlatives to describe the quality of care that myself and my family have received.
