  I love their HIIT 60 class! 60 minutes fly by and you get an incredible workout. I know they'll whip me into shape soon!

  Friendly staff and instructors and it didn't feel bro-y. Like a lot of gyms feel. My class was mostly female which I appreciated.

  I love that I will never get board here. If I feel like killing it with a HIIT class I can. If I feel like getting into a zen place and a much needed stretch they offer yoga and if I feel like riding I have the choice of several cycle classes. The staff is friendly, the music is good and the workouts fly by due to some of the best trainers I have come across in this big city. Its free your first time, I say go for it.

  The most difficult but also the most fun spin class I've ever taken! Alicia has great energy, I would definitely recommend this class!
