  I have been working out in gyms for over 25 years and I can honestly say that 9 Rounds is the best workout I have ever had. I look forward to going to the gym instead of dreading it. I used to spend hours at the gym and now in 30 minutes I get a better and much more exciting workout. The trainers are AMAZING! They take special time to push you to your limits and teach you correct form while treating you like family. You are greated every time with a warm welcome and they never forget to say goodbye when you leave. I literally can't say enough good things about this place. I even got my daughter to join me and she loves it as well. It's an amazing workout that is so much fun! I work my tail off while I am there, the trainers are sooo motivating and when I leave I always say "that was a blast!"

  Very good workout every time. Only 30 minutes. Trainers are very friendly and encouraging. No class times , just come whenever. Place for kids to sit where I can see them. Great place!????????

  The only thing I don’t like about 9Round is when it’s over. The intense 30 minute workout, that starts when you walk in the door, allows me to spend more time with my family. Every single trainer makes you feel welcome the second you walk in the door, continuously motivates you through out your entire workout and still recognizes you as you walk out the door. They all boost your morale and ensure everyone is using proper form at all times. You leave there feeling great about yourself. IMO, if someone leaves without ringing the bell three times, it can only be because they didn’t give their all... all the trainers give their all... many times, they are even sweating... that’s how involved they get. I have never felt more welcome and more comfortable at a gym. I have never dreaded going there... I can’t wait to get there. I would give more than five stars if it were an option. ???? ????????

  9round is a unbelievable experience. I have never left there without feeling like I got the best workout and had the opportunity to push myself harder. The trainers are fabulous and take the time to work with members individually. Overall amazing!!
