  After reading these reviews I feel I need to also comment.
  
  John and Audrey are wonderful people and do know their gems! They sell only high quality product. Yes, sometimes for repairs or special design pieces it will take longer then estimated; however, when you get your piece back, you know it was done with expertise, quality and fine craftsmanship. They treat your jewerly like it's their own. They are by no means a discount jeweler, they sell only fine quality. I am happy being a customer of theirs for 8+ years!

  I have had nothing but wonderful experiences at Gold Diamond & Design. My husband purchased my gorgeous ring there 8+ years ago, and we have been regular customers ever since. Audrey and John are the kindest, most genuine people you will meet, and the quality and attention to detail is bar none. They are honest and reasonable, and I trust them with the most precious repairs. If you're looking for the best quality of diamonds and jewelry, this is the place to go! If you want cheap quality and prices, take your business elsewhere because you won't find that at Gold Diamond and Design.

  We took my wife's wedding ring for repairs and sizing to a jeweler in Racine named after a "fruit", they said they couldn't repair it but could remake it for a couple thousand dollars. We then tried GD&D and they repaired and resized for a couple hundred dollars, we are pleased with the skill of the Goldsmith and the customer care of the owner and staff.
