American Hope Chest Thrift Store has been in business in Phelan for over 20 years by the same owner and I have always found great deals on nice secondhand items. Shopping and donating here helps everyone in our community and the owner, Barbara, has done so much to help others it would be impossible to list all. Through the store she also has a local swapmeet on the weekends that helps resisdents sell their stuff on her properly and avoid getting into trouble by setting upbon a corner which local law enforcement takes issue with now and then. Shop early for the best deals in the newest items.
