  The Sales Consultant, "Beatriz" was incredibly patient, kind, knowledgeable & helpful. She went out of her way to make certain I understood what had been wrong with my phone & how to avoid my mistake in the future. She was so very wonderful!!   The young lady at the Houston store on Clear Lake City Blvd by the HEB was super helpful moving the SIM card from my old iPhone 8 to the new iPhone 10 so that my phone would work. That’s the reason I went into the store, but there’s more. When I said I was going home to figure out how to move my contacts from gmail to my iPhone she offered to help make that happen. What took her 2 minutes would have taken me 10 times as long just researching the proper steps to take. I really appreciated her willingness to help and do it with a smile. I’ll be doing all of my cell phone business at the Clear Lake store from now on.
