  Wonderfully empty. Even on a nice day, few people come here. It's got great interpretive signs around marsh ecology and stunning views of San Pablo Bay and the San Pablo Hills.
  
  Bonus if you are a railfan: LOTS of trains go by the East side - where the UP main line parallels the multi use trail to the main part of Pt. Pinole Regional Shoreline
