  After 3 days trying to open online account and being told I do not qualify, then I was locked out for 24 hours for several days, then providing no solutions & non functional URLs & phone numbers that we're either busy or gave you 45 minute wait - I gave up and went to this SSA Richmond office.
  Arrived 40 minutes early. Security opened up 8:50 & checked us in one at a time. Entered my SS# into kiosk and got ticket with my number. First time I was called I explained my needs (replacement SS card & Medicare). Called up second time for processing. Mr Calhoun was quick, polite and knowledgeable. Thanks for your service! In all, I spent 55 minutes including early waiting time.
