  I go to this gym every chance I get and it is great. The staff there are all friendly and the place is clean and the equipment is up to date. A great place to workout. I love it. I would recommend it to everyone who cares about their health.

  Shannon walked me through the circuit training and it was definitely helpful. She is a very knowledgeable trainer and encouraged me every step of the way. You have access 24 hrs a day. Very clean and modern equipment. Joining this gym is the best decision EVER. Thank you William and Shannon for your time, knowledge, instruction and great establishment. I highly recommend this gym.

  Beautiful place in a beautiful town, they have an outdoor workout during the month of May and it's about the best thing you can do on a Saturday morning.
