  John helps us several times a year with computer tune ups. He has also advised us, purchased and set up new computers and a new printer. He is very patient and has good nature, we highly recommend him and Computer Island.

  My desktop was 12 plus years old, and I knew it was time to say goodbye. I do not like change. John at Computer Island set up a new computer at my home, and spent a lot of time explaining all the new changes made in 12 years. Being a home transcriber, I needed quick and easy service. Not only did I get that, John was such a kind and patient man for putting up with a 65 plus woman who was at times confused. I love the new computer, and John answered all my questions even after installation. I am back in business thanks to John's thorough knowledge of his field. I definitely recommend Computer Island for new devices and repairs.

  After a frustrating experience with another computer place, I decided to try Computer Island. I found them to be everything you want in a computer shop. They actually listened to me, researched a solution, performed the service perfectly, and were significantly less expensive than the other shop.
  
  Many computer shops can fix your problem, but what sets Computer Island apart is their customer service. When I dropped off my laptop John discussed the issue with me at length and asked questions to make sure he understood my problem. During the service, Chris called me to confirm the issue and discuss options to fix it.
  
  At all stages of the process the staff at Computer Island was patient, kind, and professional.

  Brought my hard drive down as it would not mount or load anymore. They were able to pull the info off with ease. Super friendly and as a marketing guy I’m glad to know they are in town. Computers are my life so if the **it goes down, I feel good knowing there down the street. And it’s awesome to support local Buiz.
