Jim Garrelts is always professional, responsive and courteous. He comes prepared with solutions and often good homeowner advice. His recommendation that we add a water softener to our house tremendously improved our quality of life.

I've had terrible, iron-infested well water for years and worked hard to save up enough money to purchase a whole-house filtration system. I didn't want to use chemicals if it could be avoided and was so excited to see Garrelts had an ozone filtration option. I made a quick inquiry through their website and received a free estimate the very next day - incredible, considering the 2 other places I'd pinged hadn't even returned my initial correspondence yet. Jim was professional and courteous. He answered all my questions, even the ones I spontaneously emailed late on the weekend. I was quoted a very fair price - another local water supply company had quoted me twice as much for the same system - and I quite literally had tears in my eyes when I realized it was indeed going to be possible for my family to have clean water. Installation was scheduled quickly and went perfectly. The installer even swept up after he was done. It's been a month since the system went in and my water is crystal clear. I can wash white things again. The system was installed so expertly my family has yet to hear the backwashing process. We didn't need to take out a small loan to pay for everything. My kids take baths in a white tub. I don't need to use caustic chemicals to clean my sinks. It's honestly the best home improvement decision I've made....and it was all made possible by Garrelts. From attention to detail, to fairness in pricing, to expert installation, this was a 100% positive experience for me and my family. I could not be more grateful.
