  Very professional company from start to finish. Victor and Ziggy fully explained the benefits of the quality products they’d be installing. They completed a tear off and reroof of our house, garage, and shed. We have a sunroom with vinyl windows off the rear of our home, and the crew was very careful as to not throw debris in that direction. The crew left our yard just as it was when they came. It was a nice bonus that they bring a dumpster wagon on wheels, so no delivery of a dumpster to sit on our driveway was needed.

  Victor at KM Construction was great to deal with and always got me to me promptly whenever I had a questions. They did an excellent job on re-roofing my home. They also replaced gutters and window cladding that was damaged due to a hail storm. They are also very knowledgeable in dealing with insurance companies. Highly recommend!

  KM Construction was very responsive to our need. A couple of weeks before we were due to close on the sale of our home, a freak hail storm required the roof be replaced. KM Construction stepped up and met our expectations within a very tight time frame, enabling us to meet our closing and sell our home! GREAT CONTRACTOR TO WORK WITH!

  KM Construction just replaced our roof and gutters. I highly recommend them for their communications and quality of work through out the project. Their crews completed the job quickly and cleaned up the site. Very satisfied with the finished product.
