  I have had Hypothyroid for 18 years. I was seeing my general doctor this entire time, and recently was having so many issues trying to get regulated. Every time I would get blood work they would tell me I was fine even though all my symptoms signified that I was not fine. After researching doctors I finally decided to come see dr Maheshwari and I could not be any happier! He is very personable, knows what hes doing, and listens to everything you say. He changed my dosage the first time I saw him and I have been feeling great! I tried for an entire year to loose weight white working out and eating healthy but nothing worked. I've seen him and had my dosage changed and I have lost 7 pounds already. Its been almost 5 months since I started seeing him. I would highly recommend him to anyone! The best part, you don't have to wait months for an appointment!

  I think that Dr. Maheshwari is an incredible doctor. When I first started going to him, I was in denial about my diabetes. One day he asked me, "When are you going to take charge of your disease." I was a little shocked, as I wanted him to make it go away with his magic wand {Humor Intended}. No one had been that direct with me before and after I thought about it, I knew he was right. We worked together until I got my disease under control with pills, diet and shots. I cried the day he told me I had to use a needle. He was very compassionate. My A1C is now at 6.7 and remains there as long as I am honest with myself and my diet. He is very kind and cares about people. Some people are not reasonable and a doctor can only help with a treatment. The patient has to do the rest.

  Dr. Maheshwari has been very helpful with obtaining my medication using a discount card now that my BCBS insurance is no longer coving my meds. Hes very kind, and has a good nutrition and exercise before drugs attitude. his staff has trouble calling back tho with results, but overall i like the practice.
