  Everyone was great to work with. Transaction went smoothly and the car has been great.
  Tyler was the one who initially set me up. He was nice to work with and very professional. I also called in to ask a couple of questions and talked to other employees who were all very polite and pleasant to speak too. I returned my car and never had a problem with anything.

  Enterprise Rent-A-Car is hands down best in this business. Their customer service & friendliness is unparalleled. They are candid, upfront and do their best to please the customer. St. Charles location is outstanding. Facility is squeaky clean. My representative Juliet was wonderful. Highly recommend this to all.

  When my car was recalled due to an airbag issue, I was directed here to get a rental car. Tyler was very helpful, he knows a lot of information and is quick on getting the info that he doesn't already know. He made it easy for me to get my rental car, and I was in and out quickly.
  It did seem though that the other employees weren't as confident/outgoing, which is fair... everyone has off days and room for growth.

  I was greeted kindly and with quick response by the employees here. They set me up with my rental and were very helpful. They offered extra services but we're not pushy with the offering (I.E. additional insurance, fuel cost upon return of the car, ect.). Good experience, would recommend
