  Bartel's is one of the most professional and friendly auto clinic that we have ever taken our car to. Chris is one of the most friendliest managers and he (and the rest of the employees) make an effort to know and remember your name and your vehicle.

  I've had the pleasure of dealing with Bartel's 3 times in the past 6 months-each visit unrelated to the others.
  They're professional, knowledgeable, & totally put the customer first!
  I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, thorough, & honest auto repair work!

  Staff always welcomes you with friendly smiles. They are very thorough in everything they do and very willing to answer any & all questions you may have about repairs and about their services! BARTEL'S AUTO SERVICE is MY go to place for anything I need for my vehicle! Thanks guys!

  WOW! Blown away is putting it mildly. Customer service and faith in humanity has been restored with “the auto mechanic guys”… The typical stigma of “You’re gonna get screwed by the auto mechanic guy” is shattered by Bartels here!! Helpful, fast, efficient, courteous, professional, intelligent, down-to-earth, realistic, reasonable, and just down right perfect.
  
  Where do I begin… I brought my truck back to them after they treated me well and did me right with a new tire alignment over a year ago so they were the first that came to mind when I needed a new right front axle on my RAM 1500. This time around they shuttled me to and from my office and actually gave me a loner car for use overnight since the part needed to be ordered and wasn’t available same day (Which wasn’t their fault either BTW). In what world are we living in seeing a loner car given out for a $512 repair? I feel like this is a dream…
  
  I will go out of my way to make sure that if anyone asks me where to take their vehicle for any type of service to tell them to bring their car/truck here. I hope others find this review helpful but I’m not even kidding when I say that this is quite possibly the best customer service I’ve ever received in my entire life regarding ANYTHING.

  Excellent service! Nice people. Thorough. Stayed within my budget, while getting my car in excellent shape. Immediately brought my husband's car in I was in so impressed. The shuttle service home really helped and was appreciated. Just a great experience.
