Great service felt welcomed ! & staff was very fast & simple. They had a great choice of many Len styles as well would definitely recommend.

I have not been to have my eyes checked in far too long. From the moment I called to see if I could get an appointment I had a good feeling. I ended up needing to get a pair off glasses and they were extremely helpful in walking me thru the process of finding the right pair and then explaining what options were best with my insurance coverage as well!

I decided to try Ossip again after 10+ years and was blown away by their service and quality. I have a strong prescription and Dr. Clark answered all my questions. The staff was friendly and made sure they got to know you and your needs. Dawson was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me order the frames I wanted in a different color than what was in the store. I've worn glasses for 35 years so I know when the service is great!

The doctor is great and works well with kids. We didn't have a long wait, however due to our own slow pace we were there an hour hah. Everyone is incredibly friendly. Got my son his first pair of glasses. Dr. Clark let me ask my questions and took time to explain everything to me.

I had been here a few years before and I was not pleased. My husband just had his checkup here, though, and he had a great experience, so I tried it too. It was indeed great! I made an appointment, but they take walk-ins, so I was prepared to wait a little. It wasn't long before my name was called. The doctor was really nice, and he found that my old doctor had given me a stronger Rx than what I needed. No wonder I've had eye strain so badly at the end of the day! I left there with two boxes of contacts and a trial of a cleaner the doctor recommended (which, by the way, makes my contacts soooo comfy!). I was told that any follow-up visits were free, so I can get my new Rx checked to make sure it's suiting me. I am pleased overall!
